Founders Mariela del Valle Flores and Alfredo Martinez, both accomplished climbers, envisioned a company that offered both adventure and cultural education. Cocke was an excellent mountain guide. I could go at my own pace and take breaks do when I need them. Cocke went ahead and showed me where the way led. I have always felt very good with his leadership. Together we stood on the summit in bright sunshine and icy wind. The view was gigantic, opposite towered the Mercedario with its ice wall, to the south was the Aconcagua to see and mountains everywhere.
